LeBron James Hennessy Collaboration Returns with Bold V.S.O.P Limited Edition

COGNAC, France — NBA superstar and cultural icon LeBron James has once again partnered with Hennessy, the world’s leading cognac, to release the Hennessy V.S.O.P Limited Edition by LeBron James. The special collector’s bottle launches globally this October and is available in select markets.

This new collaboration builds on the creative alliance first formed in 2024, blending Hennessy’s heritage of craftsmanship with LeBron’s distinct influence in style, sport, and culture.

At the core of the design is LeBron’s signature “crowning” gesture, reimagined on a vibrant orange bottle symbolizing celebration, unity, and leadership. The bold colour choice evokes LeBron’s dynamic energy and the spirit of connection that both he and Hennessy champion.

“It’s an honor to continue this partnership with Hennessy,” said LeBron James. “Our first collection was about a shared pursuit of excellence and boundary pushing, and this new limited edition is another chapter in that story. The design features my crowning gesture, which is special for me and stands for celebration and connection. That’s what this bottle is made for.”

To commemorate the release, Hennessy unveiled a new campaign titled “The Second Decision”, a creative nod to LeBron’s famous 2010 televised trade announcement. This time, the spotlight shines on artistry and legacy rather than sport, celebrating a symbolic “second decision” rooted in storytelling and cultural pride.

The cinematic campaign launched across digital platforms owned by both Hennessy and LeBron James, igniting conversation globally.

The collector’s edition also highlights Hennessy’s signature cocktail, the Hennessy Sidecar, a modern classic that showcases the smooth depth of V.S.O.P:

  • 40 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P

  • 15 ml orange liqueur

  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice

  • 10 ml simple syrup

  • Garnish: Lemon twist
