Kingston, Jamaica – Denniese Walker, a singjay and lawyer by profession, can hold her head high whenever she walks in any school across Jamaica.

“Students as well as adults are calling out to me ever since the Fully Bright team was featured several times on television.”
Her job, which involves defending incarcerated young men, has led to her passion for eradicating what she refers to as, an ongoing menace in society.
“Seeing so many young men charged with various offences, some which are gun- related, do not augur well for the future of this country. We should not be doing wrongs which will cast them in lock-ups and prisons.
To help in arresting this problem, Lawyer Walker has been educating young men whenever she finds the time to do so.

“Many young men do not have responsible fathers, so everything is left on poor mothers who have to hustle to make a living.”
However, she reveals that her main platform has become Dr. Garth McDonald’s Fully Bright school tour.
