St. Catherine, Jamaica – The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) has achieved a significant milestone with the formal handover of the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST) Certification at the National Police College of Jamaica. The ceremony, hosted by Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Merrick Watson of the Training Branch, marked an important achievement in the JCF’s commitment to maintaining international standards in law enforcement training and development.
The IADLEST Certification is a globally recognized accreditation, underscoring the high level of training excellence that the JCF maintains in preparing its officers for duty. This certification is expected to further enhance the credibility and quality of the training programs offered at the National Police College, as well as boost the overall professional competence of the JCF personnel.
