Written by on September 5, 2025

PHILADELPHIA, PA — U.S.-based reggae singer Jah Tiff, born Tiffany Gelly, has added her distinctive voice to the Global World Peace compilation with a new track titled “We Survive.” Released on Jamaica’s Emancipation Day, August 1, the single delivers a powerful message of endurance and hope—an anthem of spiritual and emotional strength for those navigating life’s hardships.

The project, spearheaded by UK-based producer DJ Paradise Musical-Genius, also features notable reggae artists Queen Ifrica, Little Roy, and Jah Clarity. Global World Peace is both a riddim compilation and a peace initiative, blending timeless reggae rhythms with socially conscious messages.

An Instagram Connection That Sparked a Collaboration

DJ Paradise first discovered Jah Tiff through her previous single “Great,” a track that resonated deeply with him. He reached out via Instagram with the intent of remixing “Great” for the compilation. But instead of revisiting her old track, Jah Tiff followed a new creative calling and wrote an original song for the riddim—“We Survive.”

“Life is hard for a lot of people and many feel alone in their struggles,” Jah Tiff said. “I wanted to remind them that prayer works and can give them the strength to keep fighting and surviving.”

Inspired by real-life experiences, Jah Tiff penned the lyrics from a deeply personal and motivational place. Her vision aligns perfectly with the Global World Peace project’s mission to foster healing, unity, and inspiration through music.

“I feel like this project is divine intervention,” she added. “DJ Paradise has a vision to spread peace and love through music which resonated with me. I believe that love is the essence of life and I’d like to be a part of the village that is promoting love in the world. It ties into our national motto: Out of many, one people.

A Message of Empowerment

The track “We Survive” is described by listeners as emotionally rich and spiritually grounding. Jah Tiff’s delivery emphasizes the power of mindset and personal transformation, aiming to inspire listeners worldwide to shift their perspectives and embrace their inner strength.

“We’re powerful beings with the capability of creating and changing our own destiny by changing our whole outlook on life and our mindset,” she said.

As the Global World Peace riddim continues to gain traction internationally, Jah Tiff’s contribution stands out not only for its lyrical depth but for its alignment with the deeper cultural and spiritual messages embedded in reggae music. With “We Survive,” she positions herself as a voice for both healing and empowerment.
