Toronto, ON – Juno Award-winning and Certified Gold-selling international R&B artist Dru is set to mark the one-year anniversary of his acclaimed Soul Nostalgic residency with a special Valentine’s Day event. The highly anticipated celebration, titled Soul Nostalgic: Quiet Storm – A Love Story, will take place on February 14, 2025, at Joker’s Theater in Richmond Hill.

Dru, born Andrew Grange, has built a distinguished career in the music industry. A Canadian-born artist with Jamaican heritage, he first gained recognition as the lead singer of the award-winning R&B group In Essence. Their debut album, The Master Plan, earned a JUNO Award, MuchMusic Award, and SOCAN #1 Award in 2004. As a solo artist, he continued to make waves with chart-topping singles such as The One, Stay with Me (Always), and Seasons, as well as collaborations that garnered JUNO nominations.
His journey has taken him across the globe, with notable performances and collaborations, including a tour with Sean Paul and the release of his 2021 album The Rebirth MMXX, a tribute to ‘90s R&B with a modern twist. With close to three million streams and counting, Dru continues to make an indelible impact on the music industry.
The Soul Nostalgic residency, which began in February 2024 at Acqua Supper Club, has solidified Dru’s status as a leading force in live R&B performances. Looking ahead to 2025, he plans to expand the residency to casinos, resorts, and high-end corporate events, bringing his signature soulful sound to even larger audiences.
