LUSAKA, Zambia – President Hakainde Hichilema on Thursday bade farewell to outgoing Turkish Ambassador to Zambia, H.E. Istem Circiroglu, during a formal engagement that underscored the enduring partnership between the two nations.
Taking to social media, President Hichilema expressed gratitude to Ambassador Circiroglu for her contributions to strengthening Zambia-Turkey relations.
