UWI St. Augustine Reviews Growth and Sustainability at Campus Council Meeting

St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago – The University of the West Indies (UWI) St. Augustine Campus held its annual Campus Council Meeting today under the theme “UWI Made: Leveraging Strengths for Growth and Sustainability.” The meeting, the highest governing body at the campus level, reviewed the institution’s performance, strategic direction, and financial management for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Pro Vice-Chancellor and Campus Principal Professor Rose-Marie Belle Antoine delivered an in-depth analysis of the campus’s achievements, challenges, and future potential in the evolving higher education landscape. This year’s meeting also marked the leadership of newly appointed Chair, Mr. Robert Riley.
The open session of the meeting was broadcast live on UWItv and the UWI St. Augustine Facebook Page, allowing students, faculty, alumni, and the wider public to engage in key discussions.
