NEW YORK – The Urban One Podcast Network, a division of Urban One, Inc., has announced exceptional growth in its podcast reach, with a 381% surge in downloads and a 313% increase in unique listeners since its launch under two years ago. As the largest Black-owned media company in the United States, Urban One is known for its commitment to amplifying diverse voices and reaching Black American and urban audiences. In a significant step forward, the network has now partnered exclusively with the self-improvement and education podcast Mick Unplugged, a standout in the podcast charts since its inception in February. The show has achieved impressive rankings, including #1 in the Self-Improvement category, #3 in Education, and #54 overall on the Apple Podcast Charts.
