Season Two of Netflix docuseries ‘Sprint’ to be aired in November

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The second season of the Netflix docuseries ‘Sprint’ will be aired on November 13, documenting the journey of several athletes, including Jamaicans, at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

The first season featured Jamaican sprinters Shericka Jackson, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Elaine Thompson as they prepared for the World Championships amid a rivalry that was heating up with the United States.

Season two will continue to follow Jamaica’s Shericka Jackson and USA’s Noah Lyles on their Olympic journey. Jamaican sprinters Kishane Thompson, Oblique Seville and quarter-miler Junelle Bromfield are also expected to be highlighted in the series.

St Lucia’s Julien Alfred, Botswana’s Letsile Tebogo, Italy’s Lamont Marcell Jacobs and USA’s Gabby Thomas and Fred Kerley are among other household names whose Olympic journey will also be showcased in the series.
