Kingston, Jamaica – Prime Minister Andrew Holness has paid tribute to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Fitz Bailey, acknowledging his outstanding contribution to the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) during a retirement function held on September 9, 2024.

“DCP Bailey’s dedication and leadership have had a transformational impact on the Jamaica Constabulary Force. His efforts have helped move the needle on many critical issues, especially when it comes to ensuring the safety and security of the Jamaican people,” Holness stated.
