Four-star Molynes beat Chapelton for first JPL win of season

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Molynes United picked up their first victory of the 2024/25 Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League season with a comfortable 4-0 win over Chapelton Maroons at the Anthony Spaulding Sports Complex on Sunday.

Molynes led 1-0 going into the halftime break thanks to Jevaughn Brown.

They would add three goals to their tally in the second half with Mickel Graham netting twice and Taraj Andrews finding the back of the net late on.

Molynes now have a win and two losses after three games, the same as Chapelton Maroons.

In other games, Portmore United beat Vere Phoenix United 2-0 while Humble Lion and Harbour View played out a 1-1 draw.
