KINGSTON, Jamaica – Dancehall personality Flippa Moggela, widely known as The Flossing King, is making waves once again—this time teaming up with top-tier Jamaican producer TJ Records on his latest single, ‘Oh Please’.
The track, released Friday, April 18 via TJ Records and distributed by OneRPM, marks a bold return for Flippa as he continues his musical resurgence following two years of reformation and rehabilitation. Known for his flamboyant lifestyle and lyrical charisma, Flippa uses Oh Please to assert his renewed presence in the industry—addressing critics and celebrating resilience.
“I’ve changed, but I’m still me. Let the music talk,” Flippa shared in an in-depth interview on Canada-based 2Lined Music Hut Entertainment Report Podcast, hosted by Muscle. The interview offers a deeper look into his comeback journey, mindset, and musical evolution.
The single follows closely behind Benz Pon Benz, a collaboration with fellow dancehall star Kiprich, and has already garnered rotation on major U.S. radio stations, including One Love Radio in Connecticut hosted by Mr. Promoter.
Flippa is set to perform on June 29 at Evolution, a marquee event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, alongside rising stars Nigy Boy and Kkritical. Though currently unable to travel internationally, the artist is active in the U.S. circuit with appearances across Pennsylvania and the New York tri-state area.
A global promotional campaign is now underway for Oh Please, with Flippa and his team targeting key Caribbean markets, especially Jamaica, to reconnect with fans and reach a new generation of listeners.
